Returns & Exchanges

• • You may return unused, unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on washed, used, or damaged items (unless faulty).

How to Initiate a Return

1. 1. Contact us through mail id return@aagosha.com with the reason for return.
   2. Once submitted the mail, a return label will be generated and sent to customer’s registered mail id.
   3. By using that label customer can return the product through courier.
   4. Pack the items securely and ship them to the return address provided.
   5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–7 working days..
   6. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
   7. Returning the product will cost 5 Euro- This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
